It was a proud moment in late-January at the Democratic State Central Committee held in Juneau, when the Democratic Party Central Committee passed a resolution proposed by Elias Rojas, Chair of the LGBTQ+ Caucus, opposing Proposition 1, as well as calling on all Democrats to oppose Proposition 1. It passed on a voice/hand vote and there was no one in opposition.
